The smarter way method

Minimum effective dose. 25–40 minutes of targeted bodyweight work beats a 90-minute session you skip. Train smart, not long.

Compound moves only. Squats, pushes, pulls, hinges — the four patterns that build real, functional strength. No isolation fluff.

Overload without equipment. Getting stronger means adding challenge, not weight — tempo, reps, pauses, and progressions keep your body adapting.

All you need: your bodyweight, floor space the size of a yoga mat, a chair or bed edge, and the commitment to show up — even imperfectly.

⚡ On the road — the base
  • Train first thing — before meetings and dinners take the day
  • The 10-minute rule — can't do the full session? Do 10. Keep the chain alive
  • Protein first at every meal — 30–40g (eggs, chicken, fish, Greek yogurt)
  • Hydrate aggressively — flying dehydrates you faster than you think
  • 7–8 hours sleep — after 40 this is where the strength actually gets built

Before you start: this plan is general fitness info, not medical or nutrition advice, and it's not a substitute for personalized care. Warm up, learn the form before chasing reps, and stop if anything hurts — sharp pain is a stop sign. If you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant, or it's been a while, check with your doctor first.
